What ages are your bikes suitable for?
Our bikes cover ages 2 to 12: 12-inch balance bikes for ages 2-4, 14-16 inch pedal bikes for ages 4-8, and 18-20 inch models for ages 7-12. Each product page lists the recommended rider age and height.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your destination, and a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. If the bike arrives damaged or is not the right fit, contact us with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Do the bikes come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Little Explorer bike includes a 12-month warranty on the frame and 6-month coverage on parts. Helmets and accessories are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects.
Do you offer spare parts and support?
Yes. We keep spare parts in stock - training wheels, brake pads, tires, pedals and more. Contact our support team with your bike model and we will help you find the right part.
